While year 2 post Raptors rebuild fell short of the ultimate goal, we’re still ecstatic with the trajectory of the team as well as the individual achievements this season.

Hi all, I'm Cap's buddy, out from admin-approval purgatory. Yes, lifelong Blazer fan (screen name is a Blazers reference) but, to ingratiate me with you Knicks folks, I'll mention that although I came of age in the Drexler era, my all-time favorite Blazer player to watch is probably Rod Strickland. Also, since I see a lot of Mets logos, I'll note that I was a Darryl Strawberry superfan growing up. I even have a baseball signed by him sitting next to me right now.

Anyway, I understand the hesitancy for newbies but I'd be happy to pick up a team. Preference would be the Celtics, mostly because I lived in Boston for 10 years. But I also have strong connections to Houston (both the city and the team). Not that any of that really matters.

I have a trade offer you cannot refuse..

Looking forward to it. Which reminds me, if I GM the Celtics I will trade Grant Williams for any active Blazer (maybe).

No offense to you but why do others want a GM who is clearly gonna be inactive? Worst feeling is your trade offers not being responded to quickly lol

A lot of people in PMs basically were emphasizing that BAF isn't something that needs to be checked that often and that if I check in once or twice a day I should generally be fine..

As far as not responding PMs I guess that will always be the case, a hyper active GM will always feel like even a slightly less active GM is inactive.

Plus half the time I don't reply to PMs isn't because I'm inactive it's because it's a bad offer(not saying you just overall) and I don't even wanna entertain it. I can only send so many "no thank you bro I appreciate the offer" PMs to everyone before I get tired

More importantly our exempt list and rookie extension deadline is

June 16

So hopefully you get PM clearance to send your decision(s) to Bish. If not I'm sure if you post them on the forum here in this chat they will process (we usually PM all our transactions to bish our commish) but in this case I don't think its any private information if you want to remove a year off a exempt list guy or do the same if you don't want to fully extend the rookie contracts.
