If we are going shooting guard I'm fine with giving either Jenkins or W-Ellington a shot. I think both guys know how to move off the ball, cut and knock down shots. Jenkins is probably more intriguing.

If we go PF type I think D-Aurther would be a solid role player and defender/shooter.

Do we still $1.8M to spend prior to using the $2.8M exception? Thought I read that somewhere the past drew days.

where is KT to give us the low down. Can he play the triangle lead guard or is he strictly a 2 guard.

Pretty sure he is a smaller SG only but again triangle is a bit different.

He is a low IQ - low defense and non-triangle guy to me. Would rather give a spot to less exciting but more solid D-Aurther.

NYK gets: Tony Allen, Vince Carter, Beno Udrih

Memphis saves $2.5m in 2016 cap room and gets the shooter they need who can mesh with Gasol. Maybe even throw in rights to Hernangomez if necessary.

Allen would fit great in the triangle and gives us the wing defender we need.

Pretty sad if the return we got for Tyson can't net us Tony **** Allen.

and I don't really want to throw in the rights to Hernangomez

Hickson has a rep for being somewhat of a cancer in the locker room. Hes also failed multiple drug tests and has been suspended for loving the ganja. There are reasons why he's bounced around so much despite being a very skilled player...great offensive player, can rebound, block shots, etc. he's like the PF version of JR Smith.
