I think he chose Miami, even though it is stupid move. 3 Max guys and a bunch of scrubs will not win sh** over LA. Hopefully he realizes this will hurt his brand going forward and he will always have 1 less ring than Wade.

I just don't see how Wade, Lebron and Bosh playing on the same team makes sense from a basketball perspective. Basketball is about more than just scoring, and even if you could win just by being unguardable that doesn't fit that team's description; where's the outside shooting? If Lebron joins the Heat not only would he ruin his legacy, he could still struggle to win rings.

I'm not saying he's guaranteed to be the GOAT in New York, but at least we have some flexibility to make a more well rounded team.

lol.......................heres next years line up... knicks when they find out tonight.they cant get.. lebron .therer gona call kurt thomas, lol and resign that guy agen, then there gona give david lee a extension out of anger. so you have amare, galinari, kurt thomas,david lee, and how bout ..... any of the other gabage guys left on there team...is that a dream team?? lol

I'm confident that if Lebron b1tches out and takes the easy way that Donnie will still build us a great team. We have a good foundation now with STAT, Chandler and Gallo and Walsh will continue to build around them.

its a joke guys... i liked the nets when they had jason kidd and kenyon martin as those are one of my faviote palyers too paly together of all time.... n 2004 i beleive i became a fan of knicks... idk y but i did... such a long wait and we are about to suck for the next 10 years..even if we get chris paul next year and carmelo..thats still nuthing.compared to what miami will have by tonight... "dwane, lebron, bosh" i think they will run the NBA for the next 10 years.. : ( knicks fans prepare for another 2000-2010 10 year season...

After all this he goes to Miami to be in Wade's shadow? He has way too big of an ego for that, right? Miami seems like the easy way out. Grated it will be a team dream, but I won't understand that choice for him at all. He is all about himself and sharing the spotlight doesn't seem to be his style.

I'm so exhausted by all this, i need to get my life back!

Whatever happens, our franchise is in better shape now than it was 2 years ago. We have tradeable assets, cap room and a genuine All Star. There is a lot to be thankfull for.

If he chooses Miami, I guess Jordan's shadow was too big for him so he chose Wade's.

I could never respect a guy who would do that when hall of famers such as Ewing, Stockton, Barkley, and Reggie Miller didn't ride the coat tails of someone to a championship.

Still not buying it. Alan hahn saying it was Miami made me a little nervous, but I still can't believe it. Is Lebron really ready to be Wade's sidekick? Does he realize that this would be horrible for the league? These reports about it being Miami are probably because Pat Reilly did everything he could to get Lebron yesterday and the media was leaked info stating the same. Keep the faith, Knicks fans. It's not over until the fat ego sings.

Indeed. We can be confident in Donnie Walsh to bring in Tony Parker or another top level PG and pieces like the rumored GSW deal and still be a very good team. However, LeBron James will be a New York Knick so my point is moot. -Jitpal
