Everything else is fine to say but let's not pretend 71 million isn't the main reason. Why hasn't any other team offered the same?

This I don't really get. A player can only sign one offer. We don't know that anybody offered anything to him, but we don't know that another team didn't offer something to him.

In all cases, you only know for sure what one team offers an unrestricted free agent and if he's restricted, you may know two. The rest is media driven and speculative.

The Hawks took not 48hrs to decide but 48 seconds to be like nah and used the rest of the 47hrs, 59mins, 12secs to giggle at the twitter meltdown of Knick fans....

he's improved his effiency and also his defense. he's made an improvment to his rebounding and assists((3.6 rebounds and 3.2 assists in 30 games as a starter)

knicks took a risk that can back fire horribly, but also workout so i'm not going to fault them for taking that chance.

Real question is who starts at center? Willy or Noah?

isn't noah suspended to start the season as well and coming back from injury Willy will get the start and they will just say they are bringing noah along slowly

At first I was meh on the dollar amount, but to get a 25 year old SG who has shown improvement and had a great 2nd half of the season, given the contracts given out this year and over the past two years, I think the deal is fine. If all we get is just 2nd half THJ, nothing more, nothing less, the deal is very good. Could have four players in the starting lineup 25 and younger. Hopefully Melo is dealt for cap relief, then we have cap space, young guys, and a probable 2018 lotto pick.

they're gonna start lee at the 3

Hopefully Lee doesn't even want to be here to endure a rebuild and politely requests a trade once Melo is traded.

If you keep Lee, you have nobody at PG unless Melo brings one back. Lee has to be gone.

What's the deal with this Bledsoe talk? Did I miss something?

Pure guessing, but there is that heavy rumor of Melo going to Houston according to Sports Modak/Jason Kidd's Son/Big Baby Head/etc, and then the Phoenix rumors.

Someone said they'd like to move Bledsoe.

It might be wishful thinking on my part it's Bledsoe instead of Knight. I think Phoenix moves a PG and what do the Knicks need?

Give me 3 reasons why they would trade Bledsoe instead of Knight.
