If the Dubs lose this series without KD I think that ensures he's gone because it's like 'oh really? Everybody sayin' they don't need me.... huh....'

It adds to his legacy in a round about way then he gets to blow up in rep by reviving the Knicks, I can't see him dealing with being the outsider in spirit of the Warriors for another season.
