Well, there is a balance. That's why RJ comes off the bench on my team.
I want RJ to do well, don't get me wrong. I just don't think he's a capable shooter/scorer yet based on what I've seen so far.
Knox looked much better last summer league than RJ did in this summer league.
If we had the same team we had last season + RJ, then I could subscribe to him getting 15-16 ppg. But not with this squad. Too many vets and too many other players who can shoot much better than him.
It'll be interesting to see what kind of niche he carves out for himself this season. If he's smart, he'll be a ball mover, solid defender, make few mistakes (i.e. turnovers) on offense, and otherwise just be a great teammate. Oh, AND, improve his jumpshot over the course of the season.
