Reminder that the deadline to submit options on any EL players is at midnight tonight. Currently there are six teams with decisions still to make if they want a year to come off their Exempt players.

The deadline to pick up/decline all third/fourth year options will be Sunday at midnight. The new league year will begin a week from Saturday, July 11th.

my PM about coming back next year to Jose7 (suns GM). Is still unread and its been a week. I'm not sure how you want to proceed about the Suns team if we should start looking for potentially a replacement?

Not trying to be rude but my job isn't to babysit another GM. I sent a note, replied to a post so he could see it, and bish im sure has reached out as well. At what point is it the GM's job to respond?

i appreciate it I think we have tried a lot of different avenues. Ultimately its bish call when he feels we need to add a new active GM if the current GM isn't responsive.

I haven't heard from Jose in months...

EDIT- Just went through my PM's and actually it's been since November.

I hate to replace him since he is a long time player but his participation obviously is not high. I will give him a week to respond and then we will have to look for a new Phoenix GM. If we do replace him, the new GM will get an extension on time for EL and 3rd/4th year player options.

Yeah I remember I made a trade with him in the offseason but I had a another trade proposal in his inbox for a few months I believe which I eventually deleted and then I have tried to get in touch with him over the last couple weeks and got nothing.

I saw he posted for the first time in a long time on another thread and tried to get him in there and he didn't respond to me either from that end.

Coolkids is another long time player. He’ll be a good replacement if Jose doesn’t return.

Jose has always been active though so I don’t know what’s up. One time he and I discussed a trade for like 5 hours straight lol. Hope he’s ok.

Question for you guys, if I sign like a tier 2 free agent big man and go with my current roster do you think I could make a championship run with the anticipated SIM increases..

FVV 3/3.5
Fournier 3/3
Bogs 3/3.5
Siakam 4/5
JJJ 3.5/4.5
Vuceivic 4.5/4.5

Essentially no player under 3 stars in my rotation all under $500.. I want to construct the cheapest championship roster..

I think you would have as good as a chance as any. The SIM bump for Morant and Siakam should really give you a big jump. Then assumming you sign a couple other guys you bench would be so dominant that you would probably have the deepest team in the league.

I think you will only get a Morant bump...was the first rating reflective of last seasons actual rating for the listed player Hoff?

siakam should def get a bump he is one of the better players in the NBA and he sucked in the SIM.
