It needs to happen ASAP. It’s just so obvious how much better the team looks when he’s on the floor. It almost reminds me how KP was his rookie year. When as soon as they come into the game the moment or pace of the game completely changes. He’s def going to be really good.

We are firmly in that 10 to 20 game window the front office wanted to evaluate the roster and see what works and what doesn’t.

What works:
- Knox in his limited role
- Randle is his role
- Mitch when he’s focused but probably too many minutes
- Quickley for around 25-30 mpg

What doesn’t work:
- Payton
- Bullock
- RJ as a perimeter threat
- Rivers as a consistent perimeter threat

We just don’t have enough clear pieces that work to make roster changes. I think we’re going to see minute allocations shift around and the offensive schemes have to be adjusted, but this looks like the team for the rest of the year.

We really lost back-to-back games against a depleted Nets team without Kyrie and Harden and a terrible Cavs team without its starting backcourt

Payton a combined -27

Realistically we shoulda paired them together

It would’ve happened if he didn’t threaten to run away to Europe on some diva schit

As much as I want that to be true I’m kinda skeptical cuz I recently watching the first seasons of succession and now I’m convinced it’s spin from mills and the Knicks.

i'd like to see quick start. it's not gonna matter much in the win total. i just want to see him play so he can gain experience and i see less of payton. i'm not sure that you can "fix" this team though.

I think it’s true. Remember KP skipped a exit meeting. He has history of acting like this. Oh well. He can go ruin the Dallas franchise now

Quickley was not so Brickley tonight. Force a few outside shots, made a questionable decision or two driving, but really good game.

Of course, Payton will start the next game and play the majority of minutes. With his running partner Bullocks.

Drummond sort of like Randle. Flirting with All Star status.

Okay real question do you trade Randle at the deadline or do you build this team with him on it long term ? (Keyword phrase “on it” not “around”)

At the very least the team is much more fun to watch with Quickley out there (when he’s not hesitating)

It's close to call, but Knox is starting to fight for that starting 3 spot.

Just here to remind shams that Mitch was the worst player on the floor tonight  I don’t blame Thibs on pulling Noel tonight after that midrange shot he took but he was really good and Mitch was obviously not 100%. When dot blew by RJ for that lay up Mitch missed that rotation. I think if he’s 100% he blocks that shot.

Definitely not. Quickley has looked bad recently before tonight. Cavs just don’t have the personnel to attack his weaknesses. I wouldn’t get hyped after this performance. He should start over Payton but for the sake of the youth movement.
