I hope so. not that I'm dying to see Lebron win another, more so lesser of 2 evils

I'd much rather see a team like Nuggets, Jazz, Suns, Clippers, or Bucks win

Watching the Denver game with awe. I can’t believe we come out of 2018 draft with Knox when Porter JR and half a dozen above average solid rotation players were on the board.

I still remember being giddy as hell Porter had made it all the way to us only for us to not take him

You think Portland has more firepower....? You could be right, but with the addition of Aaron Gordon I'm not 100% sure.

Definitely, I don't think they have the defenders to keep CJ & Dame contained, who is their best perimeter defender now, Dozier? Gordon helps them defending wings and tweener bigs, he doesn't stop a team with talented offensive guards from targeting Jokic in high screens.

Right but the same argument goes against Portland. Who do they have that can defend against Denver's scorers....I think its close .

In terms of scoring the 2 teams are extremely close.

I guess you can count that. But KD made his own superteam with the Warriors and beat LeBron at his own game.

Now he's about to do it again.

They're close in scoring, it's just that the Nuggets are better built to go against teams with wings than they are a team with two scoring guards like that. The damage Mitchell did to them last year was in large part cause Jokic can't defend in space and Lillard is a lot more dangerous on offense.

It would be a high scoring series, I just think the Blazers have more offensive weapons who can get their own basket.

You might have been one of the few Knicks fans who weren’t all over BPA, I mean Knox, at that point. What is your secret to resisting front office propaganda?

^Yeah, Gordon's position has been dicked around with for basically his whole career. He's a modern two way power forward and can now be that. Nuggets are gonna be fun from here out.

Having a gaping hole that actively makes you worse is a detriment to any franchise. There’s happens to be C this year.

We’ve faced the PG issue for almost as long as my fandom

If Jamal Murray doesn't choke big time and by big time I mean to average something like 3 or 4 points in a series, Denver will face the Nets. Did you watch the Clippers game, the presence of Gordon in their paint makes them so much better. And that was their only weakness + they have Javale. Offensively they got so many options, they won't depend on Jokic and Murray only anymore. Lakers were their cryptonite with LeBron driving and AD physique, not anymore.
