Never in my wildest dreams I would think you could flip Whiteside into Jrue and cap space

With that said Mavs are the team to beat out West this season

I like your big three a lot if AD can stay on the floor. Here is a bit of trivia. KP has played in 100 games the past two seasons. AD has played in 98 games the past two seasons.

Question on this SIM and games played. Am I to assume that when a player is injured we are not getting credit for his stats? In other words if he misses his NBA games, then he also misses his BAF game.

No the SIM has its own injury sliders. The players health in real life plays no part but they can get injured in the SIM and miss time.

For example Kawhi who might miss the entire NBA season will be healthy to start our SIM year.

So how do we know when one of our players is hurt? That way we can bench him.

Yup
And buzzard like every other sim rating players who are more injury prone in real life tend to get more injured in the SIM. Have a higher injury rating.

So KP will probably miss 1 out of every 3 - 4 games; until he can establish a injury free season. I probably should have asked for a future pick as well

Not sure the durability part is accurate, KP played all games for Denver last year

Thanks for the info. This is really confusing for me. All I can do is cross my fingers and see how things go in the regular season.

Sim injuries are just kinda random. Durability seems to impact player ranking but doesn't really translate to Sim injuries. To give you some idea, I had Pau and Gallinari back in our first season. Sim Gallinari didn't miss a single game (but he kinda sucked) and Sim Pau tore his ACL some 30 games into the season. We have dialed the injuries back since that time.

Commissioner can turn off injuries. I think you have to do it before the SIM starts though.

Can actually set percentage to it's frequencies as well.

Prior to his knee injury on 04/29 KP was having a decent season. He then missed 7 games but got back in time for the playoffs. We will see how things go but having Bagley III and Okongwu waiting in the wings may pay dividends.

Yeah the injuries were dialed back last year. Less devistating injuries but for sure we don't want to take them off...rewards depth. You just don't want those season long injuries which bish made adj to make those very minimal.

I was pretty pissed off. I was over .500 and had Pau playing gangbusters on a one-year. Planned to move him for assets or in combo for an upgrade.

Do you want some news to leak???

I'm fairly certain I know how it's gonna go for the first few picks

Cade's going 1st, obviously, congrats phish

I'm about 70% sure you take Suggs, even with Curry, but I know you've also said it'll be hard to pass up on Green's scoring potential

If you do take Suggs, I feel like I'm kind of a weird spot. I agree, it's hard to pass up on Green's scoring talents, but I already have a small backcourt with two scoring guards, and the idea of closing out games with a 3-headed monster of Garland/Mitchell/Green is very enticing. I think if I have to choose, right now I go with Mobley, though. I have him ranked below Green as a prospect, but not that much lower, and he's just a much better fit with my roster. I am worried Green ends up the better player, but it is what it is. If you do take Green though, I'll just take Mobley with a clear conscience, and vice versa if you take Mobley, which I'm almost certain you won't. Or if you trade the pick, it still works

And if both Mobley and Green are gone, I get Cade, so I won't complain. That's the great part about having the third pick in a draft where you have 3 guys you really like.
