Yea, as much as we need to move on we are stuck. Not many teams will want him and our management probably still values him high

Randle is a definitely a tough sell in a trade, but the optimist in me is convinced he would look infinitely better playing with a true alpha(s) that he knew he HAD to take a back seat to.

Certainly not perfect, and not a legit title contender, but if they truly have to ride out Randle, pairing him with someone like Dame if possible is honestly the best bet to actually reap benefit from the contract in my opinion.

Charlotte maybe? Dallas is probably the best destination for him but they don't have anything to offer back. Memphis has some nice young pieces.

If Portland is looking to keep Dame then I would try to sell Randle on them. If Dame was dumb enough to want to come to New York to play with Randle I'm sure he would be ok with Randle going there

It's been this way since Isiah. We also draft better in the late 1st and 2nd than we do in the lottery. It makes no sense.

And even with that we haven't kept anyone since Charlie Ward. Its hard to understand any of this

When Plan A fails, try Plan A.

I would do a package centered around Simons.

Actually kind of apt

Trier exuded dickeshness

Mitch probably falls into the cluelessly douchey category

Yup. It's why I used it. I think the FO is very close to, or has already decided that Mitch's talent doesn't exceed whatever knucklehead factor he brings, and he kind of does.

He's history. Hope they get a pick for him on the way out.
Hopefully that doesn't lead to them retaining Noel.
Please God, add Turner to the Knicks. I promise I'll wait 30 games before bashing him.

Is this organization capable of switching direction? Can Leon pull of trades of Randle, Fournier, and Kemba without getting dunked on?

Randle/Burks for CJ and ?

Didn't Capn or KDot bring that one up?

Doesn't CJ put Grimes on the bench though? Since he's 6'3 and Grimes 6'5 and RJ still on the team?

Without Rose, this team will land in the bottom 5

Which teams could particularly use him?

I'd take a high upside young player and a pick for him.

Every team even the Bucks could use a player like rose off the bench. The guy is unbelievable

It all looks so familiar. We have been stuck in that groundhogs day loop.

Take back some garbage and a pick. There are other stupid GMs out there. Leon isn’t the only one.

I’d be pleasantly surprised if we suddenly decided to change gears and sold off Randle and the vets by trade deadline.. Signaling they realize the off season was a complete mistake.. I’m not expecting it to happen tho
