I've been saying I wouldn't be surprised if he gets surgery and he's out a while.

Grimes coming back early for a meaningless preseason game - let alone the last one - is utter absurdity.

I know he wants to play but organizations need to protect these players from themselves at times.

The Knicks failed to do so with Grimes last year and now before this season even started.

It's negligence at the organizational level.

he's seeming a little prone individually but even so i agree that a preseason game against the wizards wasn't worth pushing a recovering player
