what i love about this kids situation- is the coach respects his offseason work enough to give him minutes...this
tells me that when "Cam" says- hes working on his weaknesses- I can not only believe him but that he making progress...

The difference between Cam of the last two years and this year is that he gets his shots within the flow of the offense without freezing others out, and he competes defensively (even though its a work in progress). It's night and day and it's testament to him maturing as a player and a professional.

He put in the work. I give Cam credit because I wrote him off after last season as a chucker that wouldn't figure it out. He still is improving in terms of making reads, but it's looking good so far.

Your team is looking really solid this season. Brooklyn is tough, but it was a good test for you at this stage to kinda gauge where you’re at and what you gotta work on. We learn from our losses and our wins. Always something to pick apart in this game on what we could’ve done better.

We wanted this one against a divisional foe and championship contender. But like you said, it was a great measuring stick game and we’re taking notes on where we can improve! Our two losses have been to Chicago & Brooklyn on the road, so no shame in that.

Your squad is off to a great start being one of the remaining undefeated teams. You’re doing what you do. Championship or bust mindset and I wouldn’t expect anything less from you, of course!
