Should have been a re-do FT or a jump ball. The arena should not be allowed to decide the game like that.

Good for the Grizz!

It’s only a 29 point game, Thunder have plenty of room to come back 8-)

Not just talking Mitch trash but KAT had a couple big defensive plays where he turned them away at the hoop

He’s battling under there

Can you call a technical on the shot clock keeper?

[quote="GettinitDone"]When we share the ball the sky is the limit for us

Even with our atrocious 3 pt defense

When KAT scores 30+ pts, we have 10000x more chances to win vs when JB scores 30+ pts imo

Is your opinion supported by any statistical evidence or?

he was fantastic...hit some massive 3's as well. And defended like a mad man all night.

He rarely had good position. He was not trying that hard. He sucked.

I really really don’t want to call for Precious to play over him but Paul Reed might be too mobile for him to handle

I think you have give him 10 minutes to see how he does. The only thing Mitch offers at the moment is bulk.

There are two guys on the team in particular who are Jekyll & Hyde players:

Cam and Precious. When they are ON they change the game, when they are OFF they hurt us.

Simple coaching is see which Precious you get. If he comes out of the gate like a lion you keep him on the floor. It's a short leash and not a perfect way to assess the situation, but since Mitch is quite ineffective at the moment you have to try it.

I got stuck on family stuff so I'm late with this game, but you can tell from the opening tap that the team's energy and mindset were different. Maybe this adversity and questioning of their manhood is what they needed to come together and step into what they were always supposed to be.

I also have no idea why the Pistons spent a large portion of this game guarding Towns with Duren. They gave away the linchpin of their defensive scheme and KAT smoked them.

The team that showed up tonight is one you can have pride in. Everyone just played with purpose and physicality.

Remember the Mitch in game 5 vs Cavs in 22-23? He must have had 14 & 18 most of which were offensive rebounds with blocks and steals. Probably played over 35min. It depresses me we have vegetative state Robinson

but that rule needs to change right away. Can't reward a team like that.

Harris got into foul trouble and they really have no one else with size with Stewart out.

From what I’ve seen Paul Reed has played better than Stewart ever did against us anyway

I'm really hopeful the next coach can help KAT be more efficient, drive under control, be in a better position to finish strong. The turbo drives he finishes are impressive but scary and hard to do consistently as he gets older now.

He needs to pull up from midrange more often. He creates a lot of space and has nice touch. Don't get why he doesn't capitalize on those opportunities
