I literally just jumped for joy in my driveway when i heard the news!!! This is a winning front office that won't settle for "Third Place". I've never been so proud of a Knicks front office. This is some real ish.

The change needed to be made but I appreciate everything Thibs did for this team. Top 3 coach in Knicks history. He deserves praise for establishing a winning culture here again. He should always be recognized as Knicks family.

Please Black Jesus, don't let them screw up this hire and set us back 10 years. I'm getting used to 2nd round/ECF status.

I dont want Mike Malone. Just a Thibs clone prioritizing vets and playing 7-8 deep. Dude was lucky he had Jokic to save his ass and win him a chip. Get me a young hungry coach or a guy that knows his Xs and Os. This team is far too talented to be playing 90s style basketball. We should be the highest scoring team in the league with our guys.

Rejoice! This a step in improving our chances at winning it all. Thibs brought us back to contending which was greatly appreciated it.

Nobody won today.

We lost the ECF, and a guy lost his passion today.

Get them ALL the fu*k out of here.

We want a goddamn championship.

Tired of that goblet of fire bowl from the 70’s, seems like the FO feels the exact same way.

i'm sure that's where this is going. can't imagine who from that group would be a holdover.
RIP magnumt

thanks for everything, thibs.

This would make a lot of sense. If there’s one man that would be right for the job it’s probably him. I don’t think Leon is firing Thibs just go on a coaching search. There has to be a replacement already on the way and this one makes sense
DENVER NUGGETS
Jamal Murray/Ty Jerome/Dante Exum
Zach Lavine/Ayo Dosunmu/Corey Kispert
Aaron Gordon/Harrison Barnes/Isaac Okoro
Jakob Poeltl/Moussa Diabate/Karlo Matkovic
Ivica Zubac/Nick Richards/Oscar Tshiebwe

Carlisle coached circles around Thibs. He utilized the roster he had, and Thibs didn't. There's your difference.
