The writing has been on the wall. Even Wall Street execs have been given their talking points.

He comes to camp admittedly out of shape and he's 28.. you know what that means? His body isn't going to be able to hold up year after year.. eventually the taxing his body takes from having to push it every year just to get in shape is going to catch up with him.

I would have to agree. Also, and i hate saying this, but I hope this entire thing blows up in the Knicks face.

I don't care about the Felton part I think at most he is an average PG. But Lin = Nash is well .......

Who knew Nash would become an MVP in his second year? Are you telling me Lin was not as good last year as Nash was in his second year in the league?

Lin played 25 games and blew out his knee....You can not take the good without the bad.

Yeah.. he didn't blow out his knee. The scope was needed because of chronic wear and tear,

Fat = The guy says he's fat on purpose.
Bum = He pretty much gave up on his team and coach last year

Which pretty much makes him a fat bum.

"It's assumed that Felton will be more durable than Lin because it's believe that the thick, gelatinous substance his entire body is swathed in will be effective in absorbing blows, cushion against falls, and provide a spring outer surface that will reflect blows that might overwise break the bones of skinnier, more fragile players.
To that end, many BBQ Ribs and cupcakes were provided at Mr. Dolans picnic to ensure this protective layers in maintained and built upon. "

This, when they lead the Knicks to the title this year, everyone's going to be looking back at this thread and laughing.

That there is no proof that he can even make it through a whole season without an injury or how his stats will hold up through a whole season. It is great that he was awesome for 1/3 of the season but he only played 1/3 of the season.

If you look at 1/3rds of the season then Melo had a beast of year and won player of the month.

The fact is I think Lin is light years ahead of Felton or Kidd (at his age). And I think the Knicks should match because it is stupid to throw away assests for nothing especially when you are trying to win a title. But there are still a ton of questions marks on him as a player.

Can he last a whole season?
Can he maintain his play the whole season?

I'll be a little disappointed if this thread doesn't get to part X before the deadline...
