the "it" in that equation is a top 5 talent paired with another exceptional talent.
I think it's safe to say you could have replaced Curry with another top 5 player - Bron, I dunno some great (Dame), and still run the L with Klay, Dray, and KD
I get were sham is coming from - elite top talent is the way to win. Only a few exceptions to that rule in the past 2 decades that I can recall - Detroit and Dallas. Would be cool to see The Heat pull it off this year, too.
