Malone is essentially a little better version of thibs. If we are moving on from thibs down the road I want a younger up and coming coach.

I'm a Malone fan, but how much of an upgrade would he be over Thibs? They're cut from the same clothe. Mike doesn't trust young guys over vets. Because of Jokic, I really can't decide what schemes he runs on D and offense.
