If the Knicks are going with a first time NBA coach it's going to be one they know really well and one they know can handle the heat of the NY experience...that's Bryant.

If they are going to go with a coach with NBA experience they are going to piss everybody off no matter who it is unless they steal a legendary coach from another team so this is the less likely option imo.

They want to not just improve their chances to win a title, they also want to win the press conference because it's NY.

All this points to Bryant and if it's not him I will be incredibly surprised...of course it wouldn't be the first time the Knicks do something that surprises me, like fire Thibs right now.
