No but this PG stuff sure seems to have some serious smoke behind it

The things that are happening on Clips side (the fact he hasn't re-signed with them and then him saying he wants to play the right kind of basketball) combined with us being linked to him for a while and finally his fit on a Thibodeau style team....I think this has a shot to happen.

That team would win a ton of basketball games under Thibs if relatively healthy

Nah i dont trust him

We need a vet pg for the playoffs. Someone who has been there before and isn’t phazed by high pressure moments.

All Dsj does is put up decent numbers on horrible teams. I’m not convinced he can handle the bright lights. We seen him already get rattled playing for the Knicks. Why go thru that again?

Dsj is the perfect type of low risk (the contract) high reward type of player we need.

Because he fills a big hole (backup pg), plays elite defense, and lets McBride play his best position which is off ball sg.

He also isn’t a guy that’s currently playing 36minutes a game coming to the knicks to play 15minutes a game.

Some guys are just late bloomers or they figure out their niche and focus on it. DSJ would be a perfect lesser cost back up piece for Brunson.

More perspective , guys on Knicks who have the exact same agent with Paul George (Aaron Mintz):

Jalen Brunson, Josh Hart, Isiah Hartenstein, Julius Randle.

And of course OG Anunoby has an agent from the same agency who happens to be the son of Leon Rose.

yeah i dont blame him if he doesnt want to come back here. that was some of the worst behavior i seen from "knicks fans".

don't think anyone of us envision dsj having some big role off the bench, but he'd be nice to have as some insurance for defensive purposes and can handle the ball a bit. we prob could've used him against indiana since deuce was getting cooked by tj
