Not really. They want Muslim votes, and they picked the right person for that. Then threw her under the bus after some backlash (which was mostly pro-Trumpers trying to paint certain dems as anti-semite). Instead of holding your ground, DNC fell right into that trap.
It could have been a good moment for unity that they always talked about.
The problem with painting yourself as a good guy is that you must always do so. She has more than enough dirt where it's noticeable and can be used against her. Trump doesnt do this so he can shake off any media criticism easily. Dems need to learn that good guy label means jack **** and until then, avoid avoidable situations like this.
This is kind of my issue here... I don't know what the direction of this "movement" is. It's all over the place. It seems like the Biden Campaign is trying recruit all kinds of people with different views. Which is fine if you think the only thing that matters is beating Trump. But then they just shun certain people when they are trying some kind of "unity" movement.
