Opening night is here!

Starting the season with a tough road game against Portland. If it’s anything like the 2K matchup then this one should be exciting

I have some running around to do today, so I won't be posting this again before the trade/roster freeze kicks in.
Players I am thinking of trading are:

Pascal Siakam, Draymond Green, Mikal Bridges, Isaac Okoro, De'Andre Hunter, Onyeka Okongwu and Christian Koloko.

Anyone can be had...

Trae is not off limits but he will take something like two 4 star rookie contracts to get things started. Draymond will be valued as a 3.5 to 4.0 star player due to his great defensive, rebounding, passing, and interior scoring ratings. Siakam is a 4 star player. So don't come lightly for any of these three.

If you see someone you really want, strike while the iron is hot peeps. Most of you know me. I will probably turn at least 1/4th of my roster over by the end of the season.
BAF Pacers: Unleash Trae!

PG Ice Trae
SG Buddy Hield/Luke Kennard/Brandin Podziemski
SF OG Anunoby/Terrence Ross/Kris Murray
PF Richaun Holmes/JaMychal Green/Chris Livingston
C KAT/Mark Williams

Considering you only have 3 players available to be currently traded I'm guessing this is a Jan 2023 deal?

I was sweating out injuries over my big deal last year and that was maybe 2 weeks worth of wait time...I can't imagine agreeing to a deal in principle and waiting a month and a half for it to be processed

Yea scary as hell to agree in principal to a deal 3 months in advance, who knows if real life or SiM injuries knock the player out for the year

Then try to get the highest pick possible :D I don’t think my roster is one of the best material but it will be in better position come January for the long term regardless

I’ve done a deal pretty far out before. While we waited, The other party simply asked me not to play the player he was trading for out of fear of a season ending injury. Thankfully my team was deep so I had no issues with that

Yeah thats gotta be tough and I assume that was more of a "role" player type. This one seems unprecedented for a star PG13 caliber.

When you had deals that had Luka/Jokic/Trae...ect all in a trade...it was sweat city

Appreciate you had you 2nd but I’m just looking out for the future outlook of my team this is far from a championship roster and not much wiggle room to improve. I wanted something younger that has the ability to compete now and for the long term both trades give me that and more flexibility

Pure speculation and a big guess its Paul George for Jaylen Brown...it would make a lot of sense. Cap trying to win it all and taking advantage of the PG13 and Gobert ratings. And Fat gets a younger star for the now/future. Salaries are close to so they can make it work.

yeah that is manageable...having a deal in place for basically 3 months of SIM time for a 4.5 star...I hope for the best on both sides. Fat and whoever he is dealing with seem to have a solid agreement so all should be fine even if something crazy happens.
