Would hope not. Not with Timmy, Dwight Powell and Lee. They may have some change to play with though. 15-20 range maybe.

Since Pelicans is in the business for asking teams for promises, we can promise to sit AD out most of or all of the rest of this season. To promise them a top 5 pick by having the worst record (since the lowest we could fall is 5 having the worst record).

we're gonna give up the youth and lose a max spot. not sure that's smart. limits our ability to build around them.

#5 spot... the lottery changed. They pick the top 4 spots now. The Knicks have a 48% chance of ending up with the 5th pick. Their odds have them at pick 3.7.... the Knicks picked the worst possible year to have the worst record.

i know the odds. no matter what the pick is better if ad is not here for the rest of the year.
