A Knick fan has to sacrifice themselves like the Boston fan and tattoo Knicks NBA champs 2056 so we can finally win one.

I wonder which future championship team will unleash their excrement on the Knicks' front office.

This Finals reminds me of 2004 Finals, Pistons vs Lakers. After Game 1 you could feel that Lakers players were like in a daze, like they and everyone in the world knew they're the superior team, so why did they still lose? They got hit and they're like, "whew that's unexpected!" they still got confidence but the hit was mighty uncomfortable and they couldn't quite shake it off. This loss ain't the same as the loss vs Denver in Game 4, vs Memphis in Game 2, or even Game 5 when Grizz led by 50pts and blew them out by 39 pts. This loss took a big chunk of comfort from their confidence. The possibility they're in trouble started to seed in their minds. The Warriors may be in the same boat as the Lakers back in 2004 Finals.

Was thinking the same thing. It feels like a 4-5 game series now.

Warriors will likely still win this series, despite last night. My guess is GS in six.

Silver lining to the Celtics winning banner 19, they’re doing it with Nets draft picks.

Weird stat: As of this moment, despite being swept the Nets have the best point differential against the Celtics of any team that's faced Boston in the playoffs.

It’s a strong belief since he makes up a quarter percentage of all real net fans

Honestly, if the Nets win the Knicks are stuck in the toughest division with a meh roster. I hope it spurs the front office to take some risks for improvement or at least double down on an identity.

If Horford, Derrick White, and Marcus Smart all shoot above 50% from 3 the entire series then this is a sweep for Boston. I have my doubts though, this three point shooting life is a feast or famine thing. Unless you have the greatest 3 point shooter ever in Curry.

As long as they can guard the perimeter decently every team needs one to defend. The real issue is both teams have a small ball lineup with a skilled Forward playing Center. The knicks got two of those in the lineup and Thibs won't play either at Center unless injuries force him too.

That Boston beef is outdated and old. Plus how can you root against a team that humiliated the nets

Rejoice mediocre toxic white men of America with a moderate to heavy drinking problem. You can go back to watching baseball now.

Unfair. America is full of mediocre, stupid people of all colors, creeds and sexual orientation. Older white dudes currently leading the league though, no doubt.

True. But anecdotally, in 2022 the people cheering for the Celtics across airports and random American cities everywhere still look like big fans of Bird, McHale, Ainge, Auerbach, and now Brad Stevens.

Specifically the random bar I caught the game in last night. All you Knick fans rooting for Tatum, I salute your progressive open mindedness to the Celtics hateful whitebread fanbase. Personally I choose to still hold them in contempt.

When Mark Jones called it a Celtics “insurrection” I laughed, but then quickly GTFO and made sure I wasn’t followed into the parking lot.

bruh who gives a ****.I’m from Brooklyn born and raised. I’m not no little kid so it’s not fans these days.. I could care less about that schit. Knicks suck ass there is no rivarly with Boston. Last time I check Boston is on the east coast, and I will always roll with the east coast over some damn west coast team. I want to see the warriors lose, I could care less that it’s Boston. We haven’t mattered in 20+ years and I’m sitting here hating Boston for the sole fact I’m from NYC? Use your energy on that, I’m Gucci on that tip. You prob one of those fans that’s still mad at pat riley and hate the Heat as if it was 1999. I’m not.

Tell yourself in your head you the realer fan. Knock yourself out.
