i'm sure pretty sure Phil is much smarter than signing an old vet guard that cant shoot,score,defend or does anything decent right now,when there is a much better guy available

I don't know much about Williams' game but the other three guys are nasty, grind it out guys but they have skills unlike Amundson, Acy, etc. Those guys have all the values you want, high motor, hustle but are relatively low skilled to make any type of dynamic impact on the team. Lopez high motor, and provides weak side help, ability to make an open jump shot, and excellent dive player. O'Quinn has a nice mid range game, crashes the glass, and makes smart passes. Afflalo is a guy that you know can play 30-35 quality minutes if he's called upon to do it. Sounds like he understands his game and is a student of the game. Some positive leadership that we haven't had since Rasheed, Kurt, and JKidd were all here.
