I will however give him some credit. There are a few songs he dropped that are bangers. Neverland is amazing

Cole is far from wack, he just gets a little overhyped on thisas if he is the next jay or nas. But he is one of the best doing it. Ive been a fan of his since hsi first mixtape. He is caught a little bit in the middle of underground and commercial right now, and i can see him turning to the darkside.

Mainstream is not the dark side...there isn't one.

Planet Asia always spits verses though, no surprise.

just for the record... i meant the 4th verse not third. Heres the song again for those whodidnt see my post, 4th verse is absolutely crazy.

It's the dark side because you don't like it? I mean...c'mon. Do you really never listen to the radio? Never listen to Kanye, Lupe's last CD, or the stuff that Cole releases now? You don't like any of it?

What are your reasons for not liking it? The lyrics can still be good and the beats are good. The only "mainstream" stuff I'm against are the songs that are just words jumbled together.

I listen to the radio pretty much daily because my ipod broke and i just had a son so its not within my budget to purchase a new one. Majority of it is crap. Most lyrics are very simple, beats most of the time suck...Rappers cant rap...I mean...what do you want me to say..its all **** to me.

Not all....just most. And i am a big Lupe fan, but his last radio song was pretty crappy to me...and his last album isnt nothing compared t ohis first 2.

Your young though, so i dont blame you for liking what you like...you didnt grow up during the golden ages of hip hop.

Didn't mean to come off as an ass if I did (just came from a class that was mad boring...was in an irritable mood).

I guess it all has to do with the age in which you grew up? Me and bigmo have similar tastes in music because we grew up listening to the same stuff.

Don't get me wrong though...I still go back and listen to Pac and Biggie, but I haven't heard *many* other old school rappers.

Mr. Nice Watch had great potential, but most of the beat is garbage, and so is must of that song. Like I said, like the interlude before each hook is the best part of the song and really could have made it good, but it's so much fluff.
