:( I would've gladly taken him for free essentially.

Moe Harkless sucks, he's just young.

This team could use another shooter/scorer

Hope we sign Shved but if we can't... a Chi Kerr/Paxson role... Seth Curry can play for us. Kid can shoot with range.. wanted us to give him a 10day since last year... a combo, more of a SG but Seth can score buckets quickly. .. just an option.

We probably couldn't even get a future 2nd for either Early or Thanasis.

I would prefer Hackett over these 2 but we may just be using Hackett as leverage towards a Schved deal.

He's a good defender, athletic and lengthy. Better than Thanasis and maybe Early also. Change of scenery and coming back home might have done him good.

I agree 100%. He can play and guard multiple positions. Perry has shown flashes of star potential when given the opportunity.

Also, shoutout to Thorn for making me a better man. Jail really does work...

Also, I saw Brook Lopez with two girls on Broome St. wearing a green shirt and a navy Detroit hat earlier today. I told him that Robin is better than him, which made him laugh..

Two vet nobodies for two younger nobodies. This boards' hype, tone, and expectations have drastically changed from before the FA period to now. Of course there were delusions of grandeur with LMA or Gasol thoughts, but for the most part, this board appears to be happy with anyone that actually wants to come to NY. It's not settling when there aren't a ton of options, but from reading then to now, that's the tone I feel. People saying things like Phil has brought in two way players.....how can one say that when you sign DW who doesn't know what defense, or Lopez who's not exactly skilled offensively. I never had high expectations, but a one way center, an inconsistent wing player, and I'm sorry, a couple of young scrubs are not a good offseason purely based on the fact that they wanted to sign there.

Lots can change in a year, but the top draft pick is two years away from giving the NBA anything consistent, and that's paired with a maxed out guy who's at best in the middle of his prime. The Hardaway trade was a great one, but the other deals have been fruitless, and you have a 30 year old max guy who's on a team that's at best another year from being a contender, and that's at best. Jackson and Mills have given NY some blue collar players, but there's not a ton of talent, and there's even fewer assets. I'm not happy if I'm a Knicks fan, and I feel like too many people are trying to hype these guys are really are not that good. Can't be the only one that feels this way.

KOQ, the nobody that when the Knicks got him, several opposing GM's lauded the deal.

And Lopez is good offensively, as there is more to offense than just scoring, but maybe you are an undercover Amare fan.

Now that OKC matched Kanter's offer sheet. You can hear OKC pretty much trying to dump anyone that won't be part of the rotation.

Daniel Hackett worked out for the New York Knicks in Las Vegas, a source said. He is telling people "it was great."

I can't honestly believe we are using up the last spot on a scrub like Elliot Williams
