Ray Felton career PER: 14.4 (15 is average). Career WS/48: 0.67. What's his WP/48 @NerdNumbers?

Felton is ass. A bottom third pg his entire career. One good month in NY doesn't change that. Even during that month he shot us out of as many games, as he shot us into.

The idea we've been slurping and courting this guy the entire FA period is mind-boggling. To go from a potential Nash/Lin rotation (best pg rotation in the league) to a Felton/Kidd rotation (one of the worst) is shocking, really.

im sticking with my original position that felton is backup, lin starts, kidd is the sg starter and jr the backup

i think if billups can start next to paul, kidd can start next to lin

having said that, if lin leaves, and I guess I cant rule that out, there will be a non money reason involved

Plenty of minutes to go around, no? What am I missing?

James White? Pablo Prigioni? Kurt Thomas?

And not signing Jeremy Lin opens up minutes for all three? The ****?

That's the perfect rotation he posted.

We won't know who the best players for the rotation are until pre-season. Don't count them out yet.

They are roster fillers. Are we going with a 12 man rotation? There are 9 guys in my rotation above. That's about what its going to be... maybe 10. MAYBE.

James White? Pablo Prigioni? Kurt Thomas?

James White? - Depth for injuries - didn't have an NBA job last year and should be happy to be an NBA cheerleader until needed

Pablo Prigioni? - Depth for injuries 35 past his prime guy that should have gotten his shot awhile back

Kurt Thomas - The new Juwan Howard

Who you didn't mention was the one relevant guy - Shumpert when he gets healthy.

When Felton was in NY: Knicks O-Rtg with Felton on court: 107.6. With Felton off the court: 108.2.

So even in what was probably the best 54-game sample of his career, Felton's offense was better when he wasn't in the game.

**** ingrate.

Agreed; what a weasel move.

If that's true, I can understand why they're pissed.

Same here. Would totally understand them being angry if true. But weren't people also reporting that the Knicks would match? So even if Lin did tell the Rockets that, weren't the Knicks also saying they'd match all along? :dontknow:

Can we make any moves without trading a draft pick? It's like we're allergic to them.

According to Felton, the Knicks told him that they're not matching the Rockets offer to Lin.

Our PG squad is still garbage if we don't sign Lin and get Felton

We would be looking for someone new before the trade deadline
