Anyone in the 70's that wants to back to back picks in the fourth let me know. Prefer a Western conference team.

I've mentioned this to others, but right now I've got enough names on my board that I want to hold off on negotiating but with the group picking today...It's got a solid possibility of becoming expendable for depth building. As my board gets chewed up by these guys, I'll either be suspending them to skip their turns or opening up to negotiations

She would go hard on KP and what he lacks. You know that. I doubt she will go super hard on him cause you not in the east.

She is telling me KP can't guard the perimeter and he was actually our best defender on John Wall last night

Wall and Otto only missed last night while KP was defending them what a beast, he is like Mister Fantastic, Jokic The Thing?

Good pick. I thought about him in the second. He is only a month away.

ideally would you like him swatting shots underneath? sure.

But he closes out well and contests shots with his length. Stats don't lie when he is guarding people they shoot significantly worse because of his ability to go out and contest shots.

I think he should be judged appropriatly though. If he's missing almost 60-70% of the season you can't give him credit for the whole year. But if he comes back playing well at the end it should enhance LJ's playoff hopes.

Well yeah thats why I did not pick him. You cant just say he did this last year so this is what he will do this year. Its why I passed. to many Variables. Its a Risky pick, but its a good Risk. I was veerrrry close to doing it.

Of course, he was the best starting forward in all NBA in opponent fg % before the injury, thats incredible for a 7'3 guy playing forward

I was wondering when Khris would go. He's good when healthy but rust is always a factor after these long lay offs and some cats don't ever get back to prime health.

It's definitely a risky pick. Middleton will have missed at a minimum of 55-60 games. I don't know how much Middleton will help during the regular season and until there is a firm return date and people get to see him play, I don't think you can judge him as an impact player. However, if he does come back and LJ makes the playoffs, I would assume Middleton would definitely help considering that when healthy, he is better then a third round pick.

We can make 2 different deals if you want. I have 3 guys I want with 82 - Lavine was 4th. If any of the 3 are remaining I'm keeping 82. Can work around horford/Howard exchange and picks - I don't value horford much higher than Howard though

If all 3 are gone, I'm willing to lose 82 though

Are we acting like the season starts after the draft? Because if so, Middleton missing at most another month isn't much of a big deal, IMO.

I was debating Middleton at 64 for sure. If your team can make it through the regular season, then he's a great option to have in the playoffs.
