Big Knicks Energy is another one that has nailed stuff early before. Something is definitely cooking folks.

I really loved the way this team, looked in January. They were absolute monsters against EVERYONE! Pure domination! I really want to see it fully healthy with Mikal amd some depth!

I like Randle quite a but but we all know he is a bit of a head case.

Randles playoff performances have historically been atrocious.

KAT at least has had some very good playoff moments especially last year. He commands a very tight cover at the 3 line which if you pair him with a rim protector makes for an extremely offensively dynamic frontcourt.

And the biggest factor of all in this is Randle may want to get paid and not sign the team friendly deals the Nova quartet are signing.

If that is the case with the new CBA then give me KAT at 4 years/220 vs 5 yrs/310 any day. If Knicks don't want to meet his demands he could easily bolt for nothing.

He does . However IMO they net out roughly equal but KATs fit here has a potential to make the line up stronger than Randle. If money was not a factor I'd probably opt to keep Randle/Mitch but since money could play a big role in this when you take everything into account give me 4 years of KAT at his current number vs either 1 year of Randle bolting or Randle multiple years at higher numbers than KAT

You're going to worse case scenario with Randle's contract, though, which is contrary to everything that has came out of his mouth. More so in the last 10 or so months when he started "getting it". And if he decides to bolts, I promise you he isn't leaving the Knicks empty handed. It's one thing I-Hart leaving NYK high and dry, it's another thing if Randle does it.
