this is what I would do. Give N'dour and Thanasis 2 year deals (with team option non-guaranteed 2nd years).

Give Jenkins the room exception for 1 year.

I think all the spurs can give him is a mimimum deal with 3 years of service. Which is right around 980K.

I would give him the full room exception at 2.8 million for a year.

I would be surprised to see a player that hasn't made a lot of $$$ turn down almost 2 extra million.

Pressey is a complete scrub and one of the worst players in the league. He has a 33/26/66 career shooting split, he's as old as Gallo with an extra year of experience, worse on both ends, and just got cut.

Larkin is a SG forced to play PG, Pressey is a bonafide playmaking PG. But I don't think he fills any need we have.

The way I heard Mills and Phil talk up the Derrick Williams addition makes me really believe he is going to start. Not something I particularly want but looking like the case. Also still see Jose starting at least for the beginning of the year.

a. i'd love chewbacca to be part of the project, but he is not yet even on the team yet, and if he makes it he is not going to start. he might crack the rotation as 9-10th. maybe. For now -assuming he makes the team- he is competing with Uncle Lou or Lance. alsoright now we alread have enough PFs, unless he can play SF, in which case he could replace GreekMacumba

c. dwillo will play at the 4, and likely will be the starter

too many 4, only one real 5 and no good 3 to backup melo

the best new prospect from SL (Chewbacca) is also a 4.

hopefully they don't try to change KaZinga to make him a 5
KylO or Uncle Lou should be playing 5 when RoLo is out, unless they decide to get captn Kirk.
i am puzzled they signed both thomas and Uncle Lou, although Thomas can play the 3 as well

KOQ and Lou are more centers than they are PF's
