KP is now averaging OVER 20ppg.

Melo and KP make the Knicks one of only a few teams with two 20+ ppg scorers (Cavs have 3).

We're the ones causing a divide? Pretty sure we're not ones bashing melo in every thread saying to trade him and make porzingis the #1 option. That's dividing the team. Melo is balling right now and some of y'all just can't accept that. Y'all root for melo to have bad games instead of rooting for wins. Foh with that bs

Pretty much what you said in a nutshell.

They are not rooting for bad games from Melo so we can tank. They are just sincerely hoping for his failure as form of validation for their agenda.

You either die a hero or live long enough to be the villain.

They can dish it but can't take it when they are proven completely wrong.

I've complimented Melo every single time he has played well.

I've said repeatedly I prefer Melo to excel as a Knick though I would rather trade him if there is a good deal to be made.

Whatever your emotional problems may be, nobody should have to put up with your continual insults because they don't hold Melo in the same esteem as you.

It is the implicit right of posters here to hold whatever opinion they have as long as they don't make it personal.

You violate this principle a hundred times a week now. You've become a super troll.

When all you do all day long is spew hatred at other posters it is clear you lack the self-control or intelligence to make a distinction between having an opinion and personal attacks on other posters.

I have to ask the mods:

WHY IS THIS GUY BEING TOLERATED FOR TROLLING OTHER POSTERS INCESSANTLY?

Bingo.

These are going to be the same idiots bashing KP when he's here all alone and can't win and no player comes here to save him. We do it all the time and it needs to stop.

We have two elite players. DEAL

Much better rebounder though. I can comfortably say that even though Marc is more like ROLO in that he clears for boards. I'll fall back on the defensive criticism. He's showing potential.

I thought Marc would be a good rebounder when he first started, he certainly has the positioning to secure them. But yes Billy does have some more toughness down in the paint that I wasn't expecting. Just makes it easier to slide Noah into that Bogut role. Get your starts, set the tone, then let the ballers ball.

I like Willie; I think he's going to be starter material by the end of the year. He's already in the rotation and eating into Noah's and KOQ's minutes, though KOQ is still playing well. It's a testament to how well Willie is playing and his overall offensive skill and quickly developing defense.

Just to play devils advocate. There seems to be a narrative here (especially after losses) that KP is really a 5. Well, Willie is also most clearly a 5. There is no PF in Willie at all, really, while KP has some. Can they really start together, defensively, with tiny stretch 4's running around all game long (who KP would be guarding). I think they have the passing and feel for the game, plus KP with the outside touch, to play on offense, no question. It's D that the board seems concerned with, at least after loses.

Mark my words.

KP will be starting in the ASG and it will be well-deserved.

Hopefully, Melo takes it okay :D :D :D

I'm proud of him. He just has to stay aggressive. KP has it in him to score 30pts per game

i think it's now 3 big men and 2 guards. The center designation is now gone. So yea, I'm voting BOTH KP & Melo

if the knicks are in playoff position at the time they might get 2 starters but i doubt it. might be kp's turn.

Eventually we will have to move Willy. That's not until a few years from now though. We better get some good **** in return.

Posse
Melo
KP

Name me some more starter type guys in the east with NY type voting backing them.
