Him to Chicago this season makes sense for him. He can spend a year there with Wade then go wherever he wants.

Chicago wouldn't even have to give us much. Rondo/Mirotic/Pick both expiring. I'd take that and run. Maybe throw in Portis even though he is kinda meh. See what they can do with that team.

If Jeff threatening to cut minutes of veteran team - the 9th oldest - can't light a fire under its ass, then nothing will. That was the last bullet in the holster, Jeff has no more left. No coach at Hornacek's level of career success would ever try that tactic, except on rookies or 2nd year players.
