Well ****, I knew something was wrong with him physically 2nd half of the 2018 season, you dont just fall that off and arent able to get through 5 innings on a regular basis by coincidence.

The medical staff and training staff can go **** themselves btw, even though this injury is probably not their fault they can still go **** themselves.

Do you think this team still has a good enough rotation to win a title?

Of course. Don't forgot, Yanks still signed Cole Train. Paxton isn't done for the season, he'll be back in June. Tanaka is still good, Happ hopefully gets back to form, and don't count out Montgomery.

Of course, this now opens up the 5th starter spot even more.

Yea cole is the tipping point here . I do like the top 3 in the playoffs..I dont want happ pitching in a playoff series. Domingo german is another interesting name when he comes back. They will most likely made a trade mid season anyways

Thought they did that during the winter meetings. They did say these ailments popped up during the ALCS (Paxton's back and Sevy's forearm)

German will be back too, and look for a mid season trade for a starter headed for free agency that won’t cost a top prospect.

Well, that sucks. The good news is that Paxton should be back (no pun intended) by early June. If everyone else remains healthy, you should be ok. It probably wouldn’t hurt to get some veteran pitching depth.

Bring Jason Vargas back home. :)

He'll be salty when Vargas transforms into Charlie Morton for us.

Think the Mets will be sellers by July? I'm thinking DeGrom or Thor.
