The guy Randle was guarding got the first offensive rebound too. Didn’t even notice him cutting to the hoop. Terrible effort there.

The whole game he was putting in a terrible effort. What annoys me the most is he either walks up or jogs up the court. Like, come on! Put pressure on the opposing team instead of bailing them out on defense. And on defense, he willingly lets the opposing player get past him and it blows up our rotations.

That’s why I hate when he gets a rebound and dribbles up the court. Dude never tries to get into transition. He’s usually awesome when he runs too.

Even today, I get that he hurt his ankle and wouldn’t be moving around the best but to just quit like that is just unacceptable. Never tried guarding anyone or getting a rebound. It’s just super frustrating.

The thing with quickley and RJ is that they can get to the line pretty consistently. That's what we missed tonight. The defense was good but we lost offense from the trade and it was a struggle to fill the void. The ability to get easy points through free throws and then actually making them. The Magic are a physical team so they're gonna be aggressive and we could've used that against them. The Knicks attacked the paint at first and then I dunno what happened, the wheels fell off. No adjustments, poor rotations, bad shots and Orlando got to claw their way back and get the lead.

We can pair McBride with another ballhandler to share the playmaking duties off the bench. This would allow him to do what he does. Murray might be an answer if we stagger the lineups so that one of Brunson and Murray is always out there.

I'm not a fan of Grimes lack of attacking the basket. When his shot is off, he's hard to watch on offense. You know it's there, he has the ability to get to the paint but just lacks aggressiveness
