When Coby White hacks iHart over the back on his put back it has to be called, it surely wasn't 'incidental contact' and just because the players powers through it doesn't mean it ceases to be a foul.

These NBA refs are trash this season, the worst I've seen in so long it's insane how bad it's getting.
