I see it similarly...if this was a normal draft the #1 would be a complete uproar. In this draft the best players might come from any spot in the draft its crazy. And if you weren't 100% sure its a hefty price tag at that spot.
I think all 3 did what they wanted to do.
Smash got a massive trade asset to almost any team
KDOT picked up a good young player and still in a good position to draft a good player
Mase got a good compliment to Harden/Harris
Value may be a little off but overall I think at least logically I can see it from all sides.
Whenever draft picks are involved the real value of them is how they eventually play on the court. So when it comes to young prospects there is a lot of unknowns and a lot of risks taken. A good deal today might look bad in a year so it's a wait and see process.
