Not that I think Turner is anything special, but I agree with him when he says he’s just used as a role player there. He just jacks up 3’s on the pacers but he actually has some offense in his bag which they don’t really let him show. Something to think about…

If we have the assets capable of nabbing Myles Turner I’d rather see if we can eventually flip him to the Warriors for Kuminga and Wiseman. I really have this feeling that Wiseman will not work out in GSW and we can pounce on this when his value is at a low. Kuminga will be the prize here though but I doubt GSW will let go of him.

Rockets scored 44 pts in the 4th quarter and came back from down 19 to beat the Hawks. Ultimate choke job

He seriously is nowhere near that good. He's a solid roleplayer that routinely disappears because he is passive. And you will have to pay him. Only the Knicks would commit 50 plus million to a meh

Still, if you look around the league, there are barely more than five centers better than him really - Embiid, Joker, KAT, Bam, Gobert, Ayton and possibly Vuc. It’s one of only five positions on the court so it clearly matters and can be used to an advantage.

What’s more, you can’t act like we’re realistically a) getting a superstar or b) going to rebuild instead.

Personally I would rebuild from scratch, but since that’s not happening, Turner is a nice get since he’s at the top of the league at what he does, isn’t injury prone and still very young.
