I was too young to see Ewing without ice packs attached to his knees. Melo hitting those game winners Easter Sunday were awesome. His 62 was awesome.

East is bad dude. We weren't going to out tank teams like Atlanta and Chicago. And then in the West there are some serious tank commanders, so may as well shoot for the playoffs and work on KP's playoff film. Who knows? Maybe some of the junk we get will become assets next season.

It is. This contracts we took on started the trend. We really didn't stop spending over the cap, taking on unwanted deals and trading away picks until Donnie Walsh took over.

Why worry? It's going to be underwhelming. Fans will compare what we gave up for Melo vs what we got for Melo. Fans will continue to complain that we didn't pick Smith in the draft, we will take on some sort of salary in which we will complain about.

Preseason basketball will get here, Frank will turnover the ball in a meaningless game and doom and gloom will fall upon the board. Season will get here, we will win a game and the fans will think we will be a championship team and then we will lose a game and the Porter JR bandwagon will be in full steam.

You already know how this season will go...
