Or at least that's what most of you just spent the last dozen pages saying... AND FREE AGENCY HASN'T EVEN STARTED YET!!!

I can't wait to see how some of you have to take back some of your slanderous words and comments when free agency goes differently than the naysayers and doubters are predicting.

AT LEAST SAVE SOME OF THE "I Never Wanted Him Anyway" COMMENTS UNTIL AFTER AN ACTUAL DECISION IS ANNOUNCED! :banghead:

If anything, I wonder if the Knicks have gotten cold feet. We pulled out of the Davis talks and are talking about building the right way again.

The Achilles rupture was a pretty big deal.

Even though his aggressiveness probably ruined KPs career in NY, the Greek Freak is easy to root for!

Every day we get closer to the 30th, people believe any new rumor more & more. The emotions got everyone out of wack.
- “KD leaning towards Nets” F KD, word to Lil B!
- “KD still rather sign with the Knicks” we lit! KD as coach for a year and sign Julius Randle!

Quite a few of us were not that into KD/Kyrie from day 1. Another...get max dollars here after the prime player...and Kyrie...the list is long. I eventually got used to the idea but...I never really cared if these guys came here. I also never wanted to trade for AD.

Now with the Achilles injury....I damn sure don't want either player. Develop the kids. Keep the cap flexible....no bad contracts....keep all picks. Period.

Maybe they want to see if they can do a big pairing and go from there. KD and Kawhi and maybe KD and Kyrie. Hard to say whether that's in play.

But certainly the Achilles changes the calculation a lot.

Multiple sources throughout the NBA believe Irving is leaning toward signing a four-year, $141 million deal with Brooklyn once free agency starts Sunday.
