Did not like any vets left and with my 9-10 man rotation kinda already set, figured I go with adding some youth. Have loved Cunningham for some time. One of the elite perimeter and on ball defenders in college basketball Cunningham has just nasty hops, terrific athletic ability and may be one of the quickest end to end guys with the ball in his hands in the NCAA. Super light on his feet, he's a terrific slasher and finisher. Will be interesting to see how he develops (the Mavericks are seeing him as a PG type, which at 6'5" will be interesting) but this kid has talent.

Was kinda hoping Jared would drop to the FA period. Had my sights on him then.

Yeah I figured people might think about doing that, so I'm going to try to beat them to the punch and use my last picks on some youngins...then worry about end of the bench vets with the 3 FA picks.

i see cunnningham similar to delonte west. too small of a SG, but has play making abilities and can score, but not at a high or elite level; enough to earn a nice contract after rookie one is done.

ok sounds good man. i'll let you know what i go with. hopefully my pick will be up in the morning. can always complete the trade afterwards anyway.

the school year starts tomorrow and us teachers have to go in for training so i'm probably going to be off the phone for quite a while, or at least until we get our own time to our classrooms around 2

Has to 2 be 2 for 2. So you'd have to give him another player.
