DR is younger, more athletic. Also has more strength than Novak.

For lack of a more recent name, Hubert Davis comes to mind. There is a wing that I feel is a better comparison, from about 10 years ago. I wanna say Lamond Murray, but i don't think that's the right guy.

Either way, we are talking about a role player. The only time a role player looks like he is worth his $ is when he is on a rookie/min/exception contract OR when his team happens to be winning (Capela). Otherwise, it just feels like a "this is not a star" player eating cap room.
