Just what we need.

:D He actually plays point guard for FSU. Not likely what he will do in the NBA but He’s got the makeup of a two way playmaking 4 like you said. I have him #6 on my board he’s got tremendous upside.

He's an awful fit for us, but Barnes is going to play a lot of playoff games in his career despite not bringing much scoring.

Lol yeah shooting is his down fall but if he can improve it he can be really good.

Yeah he is a terrible fit for the Knicks but the player as a prospect in general is intriguing. You need the shooting to match his strengths

Anyone else checking out Sharife Cooper before the game tonight?

EDIT:
He's tiny, but if the shooting is good enough, maybe he will overcome it at the next level...very crafty playmaker...looks like that's going to be a big if though...

honestly this is my biggest fear. bid against ourselves for him for no reason at all, then spend the next four years trying to figure out why a player with a 14 PER at the college level isn't actually good at basketball. knox 2.0

might be the last straw for me if it happens - would basically be telling us that we're all wasting our time

W/ that Mavs pick more and more likely to fall mid-20's (barring something crazy), Jared Butler would be a nice pickup in that range.

combo guard w/ great handle, knockdown 3PT shot, and plays defense. has played on-ball more this season and his AST/TO ratio is very good

If we can’t get LaVine then I demand we trade up for Mr. CAA, Jalen Green.

David Duke is very herky jerky but that may work for him.

In 2 games so far this season

26 points, 9 assists, 4 rebounds
28 points, 12 assists, 5 rebounds

- His 3 point shooting this season has not clicked, but he shot 35.1% in the EYBL his senior year

This kid screams Madison Square Garden material

Let someone else roll those dice. Between his size & his shot...which isn't just missing heinously, it's also going to get blocked a lot in the NBA...it's going to be very hard for Cooper to make it at the next level.

This kid screams GL superstar to me.

Who are the most complete 2-way players we can get around #8 (our usual slot) in the 2021 draft? No bs go for the potential on guys who can't shoot or play defense anymore please. No point guards who can't penetrate or have tunnel vision. No undersized bigs who get injured every day. Just solid players like Herro, Paschall, Bridges, Sabonis, etc.

...neither Bridges nor Sabonis was ready-made out of the draft and they all required time to develop...

Bridges could score and play D. Sabonis didn't take long and could always score and rebound. If by development u mean going from good to better, okay, but on the knicks it means going from incompetent to just passable at best.
