Just because Dirk is on the trading block doesn't mean I'm desperate to get rid of him guys. ;)

I was gonna say, "Anderson is going to get abused if you start him at SF"

 I like Anderson and he got MIP of the year for a reason, but in no way does he fit my team.

The trade with Church gave me some serious depth. I actually traded up for 72 so it was valuable to me, but by letting it go I attained depth that I didn't have before while still keeping a 3rd rounder.

I really wanted Ryan Anderson on my team, but knew i didnt have much to offer for him. And i didnt want to handicap my bench. He would have been a great PF on my squad. Would have been my only weak defender, but an average rebounder and deadly shooter would have been perfect with my teams style.

Bro I was eying Ryan too, but I knew I wouldn't get him where I was slotted to pick so I had to get Newera to select him for me by throwing in some nice incentives. I think he fits what I have in vision for my team perfectly. I love his ability to stretch the floor and rebound. Definitely gonna have to put a defensive big next to him though. Would've been a nice fit with you also.

Sorry bro! But if it makes you feel any better there are a couple comparable players still out there for you to nab who are very similar to Afflalo. They'd make a nice consolation prize.

This is not directed toward 2010...but people need to seriously stop "name dropping" Enough of the Eddy Curry non-sense. What if there is a good player out there that somone missed...but then saying there is a great player out there makes that person delay their pick and they pick him. I think we should be all out for ourselves for the most part.

If there is a player almost as good as a player a GM wants, dont hint to him or help him. If there is "another great player" out there...dont let people know that. Let people do their own research and find their own Eddy Curry's. We're all against each other, remember that.

Yeah same here. Just wasn't a fit.

Went with Wes Matthesws. A defensive mined shooting guard who can knock down 3's. Closest guy left to afflalo which is who I wanted originally

I've had that feeling twice already. Frist with Garnett (2 picks away). Again with Dragic (1 pick away). Both times I had a feeling that they'd be taken.
