Pretty much what he’s heard Knicks are being linked because they are extremely active around the nba covering all bases in positioning themselves to capitalize on other teams needing salary relief and seeing what the market is for moving up or down in the draft

Knicks have no intention of moving up or moving Mitch or any of there young players. Rose abs company are in asset collection mode to snag a superstar and will not jeopardize cap and the ability to go after someone should they become available.
Westbrook talk is allllll smoke and not legitimate whatsoever

Clarification cause I’m guessing you think it’s a double statement by me.

What I’m saying is the reason they are talked about right now being involved in every rumor is because it seems knicks front office has made sure they have every Avenue covered. Whether it’s trading up or down and knowing what prices cost to be prepared in case there’s value they feel they should capitalize on.

However I was told they have 0 desire to move up for any prospects and they will not come off the Dallas picks. Rose and co are holding assets or acquiring assets in the event of a potential disgruntled star trade.

Possibly. I could also see this as Jaylen Brown being in Danny Ainge ear a bit and giving his input on trying to pick up Okoro. They both come from Georgia and Okoro has played with Brown growing up so he probably has an idea of how good the kid can be.

Oh I didn’t know Jaylen brown was familiar with Okoro. Makes sense. I guess we’ll see. Ultimately I think they take a big tho

They got lucky. And the situation is kind of different.

- Bam improved a lot and become an all star.
- They drafted and develop a lot of great overachieving 3 pt shooters to complement Butler game
- They already had Dragic on the roster
- Jimmy is a far better team player than WB despite Towns and Wiggins saying.
- Russ is already 32. Butler was 30.

I find myself wanting Haliburton more than I thought, ugly form and all. I try to lump him in with the Kira/Killian duo, as well as the other Tyrese, to make myself feel better about picking 8th, but man, I'd really like Haliburton in a Knicks uniform this season.

Garland lead that whole team in assists as a rookie. He actually passes but Sexton is a gunner with low IQ.

I like that Garland and Obi pairing though, definitely should be a fun duo but they gotta figure out Sextons role or just ship him out

My thoughts exactly.

Get that “could develop into a solid role player” garbage with Vassell outta here. Defensive specialist or not, we have have enough average guys who struggle to get to 10 points a game.
