But I don't care where mocks have Ziaire, I want him if the lotto gods don't hook us up

He's everything I love in a prospect and would be a great fit with RJ & Julius/Obi

Duke is pretty much everything we want in a guard. Can score on every single level, good court vision, shoots 40% from 3, athletic, shoots 40% from 3 and a great defender.

Is he a 1 or a 2 tho? That’s the question. I do like the shooting ability tho. Though I’m surprised you’re not nitpicking his high release rigid shot form.

Also, how you feel about him being such an older prospect?

Think he’s a 2 but we really don’t need a pure point since we have Randle. Unless you want Nixikina.
His form is kinda like Tatum’s. And it goes in. So I’m not really gonna complain about it.

He just turned 21 so I don’t think that’s old. Not a issue for me

I don’t know who Dolan and Rose have to bribe, kill or fellatio but if we’re bad this year we need to move up in the lottery.

Duke is definitely intriguing. And you already know Mamu is my guy. I’d be happy with Duke in the conversation with our Mavs pick and hopefully Mamu stick around to he nabbed with one of our 2nds.

I'll try to catch Providence to check him out. How would you compare him to Jared Butler?

I think he's better than Butler. Better athlete and has size on him (6'5)

Gunna have to check him out then since Butler is probably my favorite PG for the Mavs pick right now. Not really loving this PG class behind Cunningham & Suggs.

Kispert can really shoot, but I'm just not sure how much of the rest of his game translates. Like can you trust that handle against NBA defenders? A lot of these lazy passes he's lobbing around are going to be heading the other way too. And is he going to be able to get space against NBA defenders with his off ball movement?

Boy can he stroke it though...

Ayayi is interesting, though again I dunno how much playing on that team is making him look better than he is.

I wish Sharife Cooper were a few inches taller

he's got great skill, but tough for smaller guards, especially come playoffs (if we ever get that far)

We could use his scoring but I’d imagine his fit would be similar to Austin rivers as a shot maker who isn’t a pure shooter or a playmaker.

None the less he has the tools to be a 3 level scorer at guard.

Mosses moody would probably be a safer choice if your the Knicks picking in the 8+ range of the draft

If he weren't so tiny & could shoot, he'd be a lottery prospect.

He kinda scares me like Coby white. Would get demolished on defense

Even on offense, I have a hard time seeing how he's gunna thrive in the NBA. He's quick, but not quick enough to compensate for his size without an elite outside shot...which he is very far from right now

yeah that's why smaller guards are not ideal. they have to be so good offensively to make up for defensive deficiencies

Ziaire's shot is a thing of beauty, but Colorado have done a good job of forcing him into turnovers.

Anyone like Garza as a backup center with our early 2nd rounder?
