He's gonna say he though long and hard about a NY return but Portland, being so close to home and the fact that they're an up and coming team was too much to resist. I'm not getting my hopes up.

This is strange. If he's already picked Portland, you'd think there'd be some report. Maybe this has something to do with the Blazers needing to figure out Roy's situation before knowing exactly how much they can pay JC.
