Last summer when the KP to Boston trade was floated, it would've been Brown + #3

Brown is gonna be a star. I'd consider trading KP because I don't trust his health. Boston has too many wings and could use a big like KP.

So you wouldn’t trade for AD or khawi or curry or Westbrook or Irving ... because you don’t trust their health

no, never said anything about those players. I am concerned about KP specifically because players of his size/frame historically have experienced more injuries, and to date, KP hasn't proven that wrong

Phil was trying to Trade KP for Brown and #3 Pick and use it on either Jackson or Lauri but Ainge says
Imagine We have Frank+Brown+Lauri and maybe a top3 lotto and draft Doncic or Ayton

This absolutely sucks, I know, but I want Terry Rozier.
I hate that we wasted this cash on Timmy, because ideally locking up a Rozier for 15/year would be WAYYY more beneficial.
Even still, I guess I'd be willing to let Oquinn walk, trade the vets for nothing/picks and if by any chance Kanter opts out, I'd be willing to spend that 15/yr or so on Rozier. Maybe even more for less years.
Something like
Rozier
Frank
9th pick this year
2019 first rounder (hopefully top 5)
KP
Would be a nice starting point for a rebuild with plans to hopefully attract a free agent in 2019.

exactly, I love KP, but if we were to get a great offer for him, I'd take it because of his injury history/potential

Heard Greek Freak in an interview saying New York is probably the only city he would move to outside milwauker, KP and Giannis being good friends i definitely think we should look for him especially with milwaukee being crap, 2 years TOP and he is done with them

EVERY player mentions New York...I wouldn't get our hopes high.
I enjoy the KP trade proposals. It's how New York Knick fans are ready to give up on their own guys so quickly.
Lauri's stock will drop next season when opponents realize that he has no lateral quickness, can't drive to the basket unlike KP. He's just a nice big white dude who can knock down open shots.

Nearly 1/3 of his shots came with 1+ dribble and he averaged 1+ more drive per game than KP in 3 fewer minutes. He's not as useless as you think he is on offense. He needs to continue to work on his scoring versatility, but he is more than just a catch and shoot guy.

Yep, some people group the Buck with upcoming future juggernauts like boston and the Sixers. I see them as a single franchise player team surrounded by a mix of flawed and quality role players. Kinda like the Pelicans but with bad coaching and players that don't fit as well together. The could easily plateau.. and perhaps that would be enough for the Freek to want to join KP.
Also Towns love NYC...

Towns is a Jersey kid. He wanted the Knicks because it’s close to home, like Kyrie.

Someone who I really wanted in the draft a few years, then had a not so great few first years, we could've probably bought low on, and wish was on the roster now: Willie Cauley Stein
I think at this point he had a good season so it's not worth pursuing him (for the price), but I'd really try to find a big like him later in the draft or D-League

If they add Memphis and Clippers pick, prob yeah.
They are just starting the rebuild.. KP is gonna be a max player when he comes back and plays a meaningful game. That way you get more time.
