His mind stopped going 100 mph. He still has some of that "No, no, yes!" plays which make him who he is, but his shot itself doesn't look rushed anymore. Always had solid mechanics.

The 2023-24 Warriors aren’t quite the Bad Boy Pistons defensively.

I don’t know why, but I get the feeling that in 20 years they are going to be what the Chicago Bulls have been for the past few decades: an afterthought

yup all the reports before he was drafted is the shot mechanics were there. Combine that with his defense and "it" factor once he got the shooting down he's going to be a big time two way guard.

Knicks fans shouldn’t be in awe of what they are seeing out of Barrett. This is quite familiar: RJ has a stretch of 5 or 6 games in which he plays out of his shoes, but then regresses back into Kenny Walker 2.0.

This trade will make people forget about Haliburton-Sabonis 8-)

This will be the new standard for win-win trades

He usually gets hot in early or late December and finishes the season pretty strong from there. Last year was the biggest deviation from that pattern as his 3ball never got going again after he hurt his finger.

Suggs is the two way guard some folks are selling Murray as

He sometimes starts looking like a star in December, like last year he was on fire for the whole month. Hopefully he can become more consistent for the raptors, except when they play us lol

They lucked into 2 all time great shooters and built the pieces around them to sustain a nice 10 year run with some ups and downs. Warriors were an afterthought for close to 20 years from the mid 90s to the 2010s. They haven't been the staple of great all time organizations.

You’re right, last year didn’t really follow this exact trend cuz he was awesome in December until Luka dislocated his finger. Offensively, he was most fine last year but his defense was a disaster. He was never great on that end but he weirdly stopped trying and we never got an explanation on why.

It really looks like it could be the model example of a win-win trade. From the Knicks perspective it has looked awesome for sure. Tor looks pretty good and happy too. Good to do buisness and other teams can take note of how Leon can help them too
