The Felton 1.5 years ago was overrated. I thought we all came to that agreement.

Lol @ this BS. Who is your source? The little birdy on your tree? The Rockets changed the terms of the deal in order to make it harder for the Knicks to match. Lin didn't beg anyone. This was already reported by anyone. Stop making things up.

Lol @ anyone calling Lin ungrateful. The Knicks didn't even make him an offer. They WANTED him to sign an offer sheet and he did. The Rockets gave him that money. Is he turning that down for the Knicks? No. This is a guy who slept on his brother's couch. He's taking the money. Knicks paid $120 million for Isiah's lottery teams but now don't want to match an actual good player. James Dolan at is again.

Didn't I say don't assume it's automatic that Lin will be matched? LOL.

Obviously, the cock hasn't crowed yet but at this point, it is a realistic scenario.

All this talk about Lin being a marketing goldmine is overhyped. Stop with the BS already. Lin by virtue of being Lin is not increasing any team's net worth. Winning does.

He's selfish, and greedy. Worst of all, he's ungrateful.

He's lucky he's not fat, because I would say "Jeremy you are so fat, go away."

Lin is so overhyped, Felton is by far the better player, Lin isn't going to be a star, at best a nice back-up PG.

maybe years ago,

felton was flat out fat last year and trash.

Felton had an horrible season in a disaster team, but a year and a half ago he was playing like an All Star here at NY.

no disagreement there, but he came into last year overweight and he's been chubby/not in shape for most of his career and had one of the worst years as a pg he was alot of the problems the blazers had.

He's not speculating, he's hearing from sources either within the knicks organization or close that they're mulling not to match Lin.

No. Read the tweet again. He never relates his sources to anything involving Lin.

Where's the thread about Jimmy Dolan being a great owner after all ? LOL

More seriously, this rumor is based on Knicks acquiring Felton in sign and trade. How would they do that ? No second round picks (2013, 2014 and 2015 traded), obviously we won't trade a first for Felton and we only have Gadzuric's unguaranteed contract and possibly Jared Jeffries (Early Bird rights) if he agrees to be signed and traded. Blazers are under the cap so they won't take junk. They can sign Jeffries if they want him.

Maybe Dolan is so mad, out of spite, he's trying to sell the medias Knicks will acquire Felton, Rockets management will celebrate and just before the deadline, Knicks will match the offer sheet and Dolan will email Morey : "gotcha!".

I am not going to buy this until it's official.

The media has everyone hypnotized right now and I refuse to be a part of the madness.
